3. How We Use Your Information or Disclose It to Third Parties.

My other children were quite upset that their sister would not allow them to ride on the bus and now they cannot wait to rent one out for their birthdays. To reserve the vehicle, we require a minimum non-refundable deposit. However, depending on the total price of your event, a larger deposit may be required.

Due to driver availability and scheduling considerations with other reservations, we do not rent vehicles exclusively for pick-ups and drop-offs.
Instead, you will be charged for the entire duration that you need the vehicle, ensuring dedicated service and availability for your event.
A 4-hour minimum is standard in the limousine industry. However, in some cases, we may offer a discounted rate for shorter bookings of 1-3 hours.
This policy helps us avoid "split orders," where the vehicle could be booked for other jobs between your reservation. The minimum ensures that the vehicle and driver are exclusively available to you when you need them, providing a seamless and reliable experience.
A limousine rental works similarly to a hotel stay. Even if you’re not in the vehicle for every minute of your reservation, you are charged for the entire time.
This is because the vehicle and driver are exclusively reserved for your use during the booked period, and the vehicle cannot be used for any other service.
We appreciate your understanding as this policy ensures a dedicated and seamless experience for your event.
We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability and secure your preferred timing.
At a minimum, we suggest booking at least 15 to 30 days before your event to avoid disappointment, especially during peak seasons or for popular dates.

Credit and debit cards (for the initial deposit). Zelle, Venmo, Cash, or Cash App (for the remaining balance).

I recently celebrated my birthday on July 28th. My experience with this company was the BEST. The young man that i spoke to at booking was very polite & professional. I rented this for a birthday celebration. The reservation process was smooth. The guy Mike who handles the reservations was very pleasant and patient with addressing my million questions and concerns. I was able to look at the bus in person before booking. Don’t worry about the upkeep of the buses. They all look like the pics on the website! Very up to date! I’m giving my review a 3 because of the driver. Not once did he step off the bus to greet us at pick up, or offer any assistance with getting off the bus. We were all older ladies but he made no attempts. I greeted him when he arrived, he barely responded. Thanked him when we arrived back, don’t recall him responding. I appreciate him getting us to and from our destinations safely however his professionalism, and manners were horrible. Unfortunately customer service over everything for me so I’m not sure if I will be using the service again or referring anyone.

Hello,
I just want to say thank you to the company and to Miss Michelle for our party bus yesterday. All 11 riders said that was the most fun they've had in a long time (some probably had too much fun), and are now declaring that we need to always travel in a karaoke bus. Miss Michelle was sooo patient with our group as I'm sure we sang very loudly and asked her to stop to use the restroom twice.
Thanks for a wonderful and memorable 40th birthday celebration,

Transportation Service Charges
I fully understand and agree to follow and comply with the following Terms and Conditions. I agree to pay for the transportation service charges provided and set forth herein, including any damage to the hired vehicle.
💳Deposit Policy
- Non-refundable Deposit: Required to reserve the vehicle.
- Non-transferable: Deposits cannot be applied to different dates/times.
- Full Payment: All balances must be paid in full on or before the scheduled service date.
❌Cancellation Charge
- Less than 7 Days Before Reservation date: A cancellation made within 7 days of the reservation date will incur a charge of 50% of the total reservation cost.
Example: For a $1,000 reservation on January 10, 2022, cancelling on or after January 3, 2022, will result in a $500 cancellation fee since it is less than 7 days from the date of the reservation.
- Same-Day Cancellation: Cancelling on the day of the reservation will incur a charge of 100% of the total reservation cost.
Note: The cancellation policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Cancellation Reason
A customer cannot cancel a reservation due to changes or cancellations in events without incurring a cancellation charge as indicated above. For example: If a baseball game is rained out, or a club is closed due to COVID-19, a customer cannot expect to cancel their reservation for a full refund.
Our buses are designed to provide a party experience on the bus (lights, music, etc.) regardless of any outside event or destination the customer chooses. Therefore, even if your event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, you are still held responsible for the cost of the rental (per the cancellation charge policy indicated above).
In some cases, exceptions may be made to postpone your booking, but these will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
🚐 Vehicle Selection
Once a vehicle is selected and the booking has been made, we are unable to discount or cancel your reservation due to the vehicle not meeting your expectations. The only way to be certain is to see the vehicle in-person prior to booking.

Remaining Balance
I agree to pay the balance in full. I understand there is a 4% credit card processing fee on the entire amount, including the deposit, if I choose to pay the remaining balance with a credit card.
Example: If the reservation total is $500, a 4% merchant card processing fee is $20 ($500 x 0.04), for a new total due of $520.
The 4% credit card fee does not apply to the initial deposit as long as the remaining balance is paid using Cash, Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App.

- Venmo App (No Fee):
The Just Limos Venmo ID is included in your registration confirmation email. Important: Venmo’s “Turn on for purchases” option will apply a fee to the merchant (Just Limos). If you enable this option, any associated fees will be passed on to you.
- Cash (No Fee):
Cash payments are always accepted with no additional fees.
- Cash App (No Fee):
The Just Limos Cash App ID is provided in your registration confirmation email.
- Credit Card on File (4% Fee):
A 4% processing fee applies to all credit card payments. Please Note: We do not accept credit card payments on the day of your reservation. Credit card payments for remaining balances can be processed 1–3 days before the reservation date using the card already on file.
Reservation Changes
Deadline: Finalize all changes (pick-ups, stops, etc.) 72 hours before the reservation.
Process: Submit written updates via the confirmation email or online at Update My Reservation.
Delays
- Delays Beyond Control: Any delays caused by weather, road construction, accidents, traffic congestion, or any situation beyond the control of Just Limos, LLC and its affiliates are not their responsibility. No credits or refunds will be issued as a result of such delays. However, we will give you the option to make up the time by extending your reservation by the amount of time lost due to the unforeseen delay.
Overtime Policy
- Increment-Based Billing: Overtime is calculated in 30-minute increments, ensuring charges reflect the actual overtime used instead of rounding up to the next full hour.
- Examples:
- Example 1: If your drop-off time is scheduled for 6:00 PM and you are dropped off at 6:10 PM, you will be charged for one 30-minute increment of overtime.
- Example 2: If your drop-off time is scheduled for 6:00 PM and you are dropped off at 6:40 PM, you will be charged for a full hour of overtime (two 30-minute increments).
- Reservation Usage Time: The contracted vehicle’s usage time begins and ends as specified in your reservation. For example:
- If you reserve the vehicle from 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM, this constitutes a total of 6 hours. The vehicle will arrive for pick-up at 8:00 PM and complete the drop-off at your final location by 2:00 AM.
- Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to plan their schedule to account for potential delays, such as:
- Traffic
- Additional drop-off locations
- Restroom breaks
Route Policy
Drivers follow GPS-indicated routes for safety.
While you may have a preferred route, the driver is required to follow the route indicated by the vehicle’s GPS for safety reasons.🚭Non-Smoking Policy
All vehicles are non-smoking. Violations result in cleaning charges and possible service termination without refund.
Air Conditioning
All vehicles are air-conditioned. However, you may feel warm or hot due to the following scenarios:
- Standing in the bus restricts cool air from circulating throughout the bus.
- Opening and closing the main passenger door results in a loss of cool air.
- Drinking alcohol and dancing can contribute to feeling warm in the vehicle.
- Warm clothing may add to discomfort.
- Extreme humidity may make it difficult for the A/C system to cool the air adequately.
Driver & Dispatch Communication
Please maintain open communication with both our driver and dispatch team throughout your reservation, either via cell phone or text. Our team may reach out with important updates or questions regarding your reservation, and we kindly ask that you respond promptly to ensure a smooth experience.
Please note, in some cases, we may not be able to extend your reservation if there is another booking immediately following yours and no extra time is available. We recommend planning your schedule accordingly.
If we are unable to reach you after multiple attempts on the cell phone number provided in your reservation, we will assume that your party has made alternative transportation arrangements, and the reservation will be considered completed.
🚨Emergency Exits
Emergency exits are for emergencies only.
Tampering with or opening emergency exits in non-emergency situations is strictly prohibited. This includes:- The emergency passenger door release
- Ceiling hatches
- Emergency window exits
Important: Please avoid leaning on or placing pressure against emergency doors and windows to ensure safety.
Vehicle Care
Avoid chewing gum, placing feet on seats, or spilling food/drinks. Cleaning charges ($100 minimum) apply if the vehicle is not left in usable condition.
Lost or Stolen Items
Just Limos, LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for lost or stolen items. To ensure the safety of your belongings:
- Keep your items in your possession at all times.
- Double-check for personal belongings before concluding your service.
If an item is found:
- It will be held for up to 30 days at our location.
- You must make arrangements to pick up the item during this period.
- Please note: We cannot mail or deliver items.
Substitution Policy
I acknowledge and accept that Just Limos, LLC may need to substitute the selected vehicle at its discretion. Substitution may occur due to circumstances such as, but not limited to, the mechanical breakdown of the originally chosen vehicle.
Important Notes:
- The substituted vehicle may differ in characteristics, including:
- Exterior color
- Body style
- Interior colors
- Lighting and design
Just Limos, LLC ensures that all substituted vehicles will meet service standards to provide a seamless experience.
Misconduct
Just Limos, LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for misconduct or abuse, whether verbal or physical. Violations of this policy will result in the immediate termination of service, with no refund issued.
Additional Actions:
- Just Limos, LLC reserves the right to remove all event members from the vehicle at a safe and public location, depending on the severity of the situation.
- Further action may be taken if necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of all parties involved.
Alcohol & Underage Drinking
Alcohol consumption is permitted only for guests aged 21+.
Just Limos, LLC enforces a strict policy prohibiting underage drinking on all vehicles. Violations of this policy may result in serious consequences, including fines and legal action.Customer Responsibilities:
- If alcohol is brought onto the vehicle, I agree to take full responsibility for ensuring that all individuals are at least 21 years of age.
- I acknowledge that Just Limos, LLC does not provide alcohol for any event.
Identification Requirements:
- Just Limos, LLC reserves the right to request valid photo identification for myself and all guests.
- Failure to provide identification upon request may result in:
- Termination of service
- Removal of certain individuals from the event
- No refund will be issued in such cases.
This policy ensures compliance with the law and the safety of all passengers.
Illegal Activity
Illegal activity results in immediate service termination without refund.

Standing/Dancing Policy
For your safety, standing or dancing is not permitted while the vehicle is in motion, as these actions may result in bodily harm.

- Although standing or dancing is not actively monitored or enforced, passengers are encouraged to remain seated while the vehicle is in motion.
- Just Limos, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any injuries resulting from standing, dancing, or similar actions during the ride.
This policy is designed to prioritize the safety of all passengers.

You are fully responsible for any damages to the vehicle caused by your party during the service, whether the damage is intentional or accidental.Key Details:
- A minimum charge of $100 will apply for any necessary repairs.

Cleaning Charge
$100 minimum cleaning fee applies if the vehicle is left messy.
Tolls
Tolls are not included in the reservation total.
Seating
I understand the seating capacity is based on an average size of 130-140 lbs per person shoulder to shoulder. Please note, seating capacity will be reduced by items brought on to the bus and kept next to each individual (for example, a purse). Please do not exceed the seating capacity that is specified as part of your reservation for the vehicle you have reserved. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any additional person(s) beyond the capacity allowed for the reserved vehicle.

We rented the volcano party bus from just limos for my sister Charlotte's bachelorette party. We opted for the karaoke option in the bus. I can tell you that I had searched everywhere but no one else seemed to have a karaoke party bus. We had a blast, we sung variety of songs most of the evening. We ended up extending the rental for 2 additional hours. Go just limos!!

Our older sister recently turned 35. Our family & friends wanted to do something nice for her considering she's always looking out for our interests. After searching several companies for their party bus options and pricing we chose just limos. I had a bad experience with another company located in Hyattsville so i wanted to check out the bus in person even though they had pictures of their buses online. We were greeted by Mike who is the sales lead and he was nice to work with. He showed us different size vehicles but we settled on the wildfire party bus. The bus was absolutely amazing, we traveled to washington dc in the party bus - the whole experience was very memorable.

Had a 50th birthday bash for the wife on 12/07/2019. Just wanted to say thank you for the awesome time we had. Chuck, our driver was awesome. He was early for the pick up and was very professional. We felt safe the whole time with our drive to Power Plant Live. I would recommend using the Raven bus. We had 22 people and some of those people were large and we were very comfortable. I would say if you have 25 to 28 people and some of those individuals are large this limo is awesome. I would highly recommend Just Limos for your next event. Thanks all for the great time... Mike

Like many Italian immigrants, Bertero Basignani’s grandparents, Annunziata and Scandiano Bechini, brought the practice of home winemaking with them from Italy. Elk Run Vineyards is 33 years old nestled in the rolling hills of Frederick County surrounded by dairy and horse farms and fields of wheat and corn. The name “Elk Run” was chosen for a stream. The deed name to the property is the “Resurvey of Cold Friday.” It was a land grant from the King of England to Lord Baltimore. The winemaker’s home is circa 1756. Since 1983 Fred and Carol Wilson and Neill Bassford, along with associates, family and friends, have made Elk Run a shining star among American wine producers. Using new world research and technology while maintaining the traditions and values of old world practices, Elk Run’s focus is on producing high quality wine from high quality grapes. Soils of schist and shale allow for deep roots and good drainage. Seven to eight hundred foot elevations help keep the vineyard safe from frost danger. Warm days and cool nights preserve the fruity character in the wines. Using grafted Vinifera vines, close spacing and great attention to crop levels allow the wine maker to create wines of character, structure, balance and good color.

At Six Wicket Vineyards, our mission is to grow superior quality vinifera grapes. Once harvested, our grapes will be sold to the top tier Maryland wineries and used in the production of their award-winning wines. The name Six Wicket Vineyards, as well as its logo, are reflective of Ed's love of the game of croquet. Once the vineyard is established it will also include a regulation size croquet court.

For nearly 30 years, we have lived among the rolling hills and peaceful farmlands of Upper Montgomery County, Maryland. Our appreciation for wine deepened as we toured local and international wineries. We wondered why there were so many wonderful wineries out there, but only a few in Montgomery County. After some thought (and a glass or two), we made the decision to educate ourselves on the art of winemaking. We attended Wine Camp (yes there is such a thing), then joined Maryland Grape Growers and Maryland Wineries Associations. In 2013-2014, we planted a 1-acre, test vineyard with Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. The project became a family affair, and during our harvest 2 years later, we had 4 generations working the land. Then the most amazing thing happened, we made wine! And the result exceeded our expectations. The following year we acquired our farm which is now 61 Vineyard. Our Tasting Room opened in October of 2021. We currently are growing Cab Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Chardonnay, Chardonel, Albarino, Seval Blanc and Sangiovese.
Why 61? Well, it was a good year! The name derives from the year we were both born, 1961. In the wine world, a good year is everything. And we agree that this was a really good year!

When the family settled in Baden, the land was used as a tobacco farm until 1969. In the spring of 2013, Jane & Mark, along with their two sons, Sam & Alex, planted all of the vines in these fields, which include Albarino, Vidal Blanc, and Chambourcin.
JWV’s vineyard at 15200 Baden Naylor Road was established in 2014. It became known as Four Degrees Vineyard because the row orientation is four degrees off from its intended layout. This vineyard is home to our Barbera, Albarino, Petit Manseng, and our tasting barn.
