How much deposit do you require to reserve the vehicle?

      To reserve the vehicle, we require a minimum non-refundable deposit. However, depending on the total price of your event, a larger deposit may be required.

Do you just do pick-ups and drop-offs?

  Due to driver availability and scheduling considerations with other reservations, we do not rent vehicles exclusively for pick-ups and drop-offs.

Instead, you will be charged for the entire duration that you need the vehicle, ensuring dedicated service and availability for your event.

I only need the vehicle for 1-2 hours so why am I being charged a 4-5 hour minimum?

    A 4-hour minimum is standard in the limousine industry. However, in some cases, we may offer a discounted rate for shorter bookings of 1-3 hours.

This policy helps us avoid "split orders," where the vehicle could be booked for other jobs between your reservation. The minimum ensures that the vehicle and driver are exclusively available to you when you need them, providing a seamless and reliable experience.

Why am I being charged for time that I’m not in the vehicle?

    A limousine rental works similarly to a hotel stay. Even if you’re not in the vehicle for every minute of your reservation, you are charged for the entire time.

This is because the vehicle and driver are exclusively reserved for your use during the booked period, and the vehicle cannot be used for any other service.

We appreciate your understanding as this policy ensures a dedicated and seamless experience for your event.

When should I book your vehicle?

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability and secure your preferred timing.

At a minimum, we suggest booking at least 15 to 30 days before your event to avoid disappointment, especially during peak seasons or for popular dates.

Which method of payment do you accept?

   We accept the following payment methods:

Credit and debit cards (for the initial deposit). Zelle, Venmo, Cash, or Cash App (for the remaining balance).

Please note:
Personal checks are not accepted.
The entire payment must be made in full when the vehicle arrives at the pick-up location. The service will not commence until payment is completed.

Can I smoke in the vehicle?

     No, smoking is not allowed on the bus. Smoking poses a fire hazard and creates safety concerns for both passengers and the driver.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for everyone on board.

Can we bring food on the bus?

      Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food on the bus to enjoy during your event.

We kindly request that all trash, including food containers and wrappers, be cleaned up and removed before the end of your event to maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for everyone.

What comes with the vehicle?

For your convenience, we provide:

  • Bottled water, cups, paper towels and trash bags to ensure you have the essentials during your ride.

Additionally, all vehicles are chauffeured by a professional driver for your safety and convenience. For more details, please refer to the Driver Screening section under our Rental Guide.

Do you provide food?

We do not provide food. However, you are welcome to bring your own food to enjoy during your event.

Do you provide alcohol?

              We do not provide any alcohol. However, you are welcome to bring your own beverages to enjoy during your event.

We kindly request that all trash, including bottles and containers, be cleaned up and removed before the end of your event to maintain a clean and pleasant environment.

Can I obtain a receipt for my charge?

            Yes, absolutely! A receipt is automatically generated on the day of the charge and will be emailed to you for your records.

How do I make a reservation?

          Making a reservation is easy! Simply call our office at 888-888-9973, and our team will be happy to assist you with booking your reservation.

Is gratuity/tip included in the price?

          Gratuity is not included in the price, and the driver will not solicit tips. It is entirely optional and left to the customer’s discretion.

If you choose to provide a tip, the typical gratuity ranges from 5% to 15% of the total cost, based on your satisfaction and comfort level.
