About Our Winery
Natty Ferm is a cidery that combines both old world, and innovative, techniques. Our cidery places emphasis on small batch natural fermentations, barrel fermentation, and barrel aging using cider specific heirloom apples and fruit grown organically on site. At Natty Ferm we craft products that are all-natural, vegan, chemical- and gluten-free. We avoid additives and industrialized processes such as pasteurization, filtering, and fining. We use native wild yeast and locally sourced, high quality ingredients. Natty Ferm believes in environmentally friendly and socially conscious concepts through reusing, reducing and giving back to our local community.

Old Westminster Winery is our family’s collective efforts to produce delicious wines on our Maryland farm. Nestled in Carroll County’s rolling countryside, our cozy Tasting Room is a beautiful destination to rest and relax. Join us to taste delicious, Maryland-grown wines by the glass, bottle or flight. We serve locally produced cheeses, charcuterie and seasonal, farm-fresh fare. You are welcome to BYOP (bring your own picnic/pup).
