Great Frogs Winery is located on Harness Creek Vineyards, established in 1999. Our old tobacco barn is the cornerstone of our rustic, artisanal approach to farming and winemaking. Situated on a peninsula in the waters of the Chesapeake Bay, you will still find shucked oyster shells in the soil reminding us of the watermen that are central to Annapolis' history. We are determined to preserve this green space so that it will continue to be a farm, as it has been since 1691. We invite you to taste the rich history of Maryland's capital as you drink our wines.

Thanksgiving Farm® wines are made exclusively from grapes grown in the vineyards at Thanksgiving Farm. Thanksgiving Farm is located 20 miles due east of the US Capitol in Washington, DC, on a gentle ridge separating watersheds that drain to the West River and to the Patuxent River.
Currently our tasting room is only selling wine by the bottle, no indoor seating or wine consumption. We do offer outside seating for consumption of our wine: April through November Saturdays and Sundays 12 noon to 5 pm, closed December through March. Reservations are strongly recommended. Reflecting the values of its owners, the Dodon team blends traditional farming practices with the latest scientific advances to create a balanced, sustainable ecosystem, to preserve the farm and its natural resources for future generations, and to produce intriguing wines characterized by depth, harmony, and balance. Tour & Tasting appointments are available for those who wish to learn about Dodon’s farming practices, vineyard, and winemaking techniques. Please allocate 60-90 minutes. Visitors who are unable to attend a tour and tasting are invited to book a reservation for our new Introductory Flight! The reservation fee includes a self-guided flight of four Dodon-series wines presented with information about our farming practices, winemaking techniques, and Wine Club membership.
